4 Things Men Get Turned Off by

Have you ever made one of the four fatal mistakes that men get turned off by? Do you know what those four things are? Do you even know what three of them are? Take this quiz and discover what they are. Then you will know the things that men get turned off by and can avoid doing them.

1) True or False: Men like to argue

2) True or False: Your man cares about how your ex-boyfriend treated you

3) True or False: Talking about money turns men on

4) True or False: Men are afraid of commitment

How many questions did you answer "True" to? The only true answer was number 4 - "Men are afraid of commitment." You can't make a man commit by bringing up the subject yourself. You may be lying in his arms and innocently mention that you want it to be like this forever. You feel him tense up. "Don't you love me, too?" you ask. He may have been in love with you before you hinted at the prospect of a lifelong commitment, but he'll suddenly be having second thoughts as soon as the words come out of your mouth. He will commit to you, but only in his own time. He has to get over his fear first.

Some couples say that a good argument makes a man more passionate. That's a myth. Sometimes an argument ends in passionate lovemaking, but usually it just makes a man want to leave. If you've really got a gripe with your man, then let it out, but don't just take your frustrations out on him. He won't like it any more than you would.

When you first met him, he may have acted sympathetic when you told him about how badly your ex behaved. Now that you are a couple, he doesn't want to know about the guy. He especially doesn't want you to compare him to your ex when you're angry with him. Men get turned off by girls who talk about their ex-boyfriends faster than anything else. Leave your past in the past.

Both of you probably want the finer things in life. You want to have a nice home, a nice car and be able to travel. If you're always talking about these things, though, it will make your guy feel like you don't love him for who he is. Talking about money and the things money can buy all the time is a big turn off.

There are other things that turn individual men off, but these four are almost universal. Men get turned off by these things so fast it's like flicking off a light switch, so avoid them at all costs.
